On the latest myconomy show, Jori Armbruster, CEO and Co-Founder of EthicHub and Gabriela Chang Valdovinos, CSO and Co-Founder of EthicHub, joined us to talk about the new round of funding they will be launching on Adventurees Token City Launcher, Token City's crowdfunding, on June 5.
EthicHub is a blockchain-native impact business, focused on solving the problem of the millions of unbanked smallholder farmers in the world.
On the one hand, it provides a financing platform offering much cheaper and more accessible rates than those they currently suffer, with attractive returns for users, generating an ecosystem where all the actors involved gain from the relationship. On the other hand, it enables a marketplace for these farmers to access new markets and obtain better prices for their crops, thus giving value to the weakest link in the distribution chain.
Pioneers in the world of Regenerative Finance on web3, their work has been awarded and recognized nationally and internationally with numerous prizes and awards from the world of social impact, finance or Blockchain technology.
The collaboration announced in February of this year between EthicHub and Token City culminates with the launch of EthicHub's funding round, whose launch date will be next Monday, June 5. According to the conditions set out in Token City's platform, Adventurees Token City Launcher, the minimum investment ticket is set at €1,527 and participants will also receive one #ethix token for each euro invested. The total amount of the financing round has been set at 200,000 euros through a participating loan, with the option to convert it into equity of the company, whose "pre-money" valuation is set at 7 million dollars.
