Our First Project: A participative loan for the purchase, refurbishment and sale of an apartment in the downtown area of Madrid: 600 tokens worth €1000. This first project involves the purchase of an apartment of between 80 and 120 square meters in one of the premium areas of Madrid (Chamberí, Justicia, Barrio de Salamanca) for its subsequent refurbishment and sale. The renovation will be done by one of the best architecture and decoration studios in Spain, whose projects have been featured in the most prestigious publications of the sector (ADSpain, Elle Decor, Nuevo Estilo). Once the renovation is done, we will proceed to the sale of the apartment, an operation whose expected profitability for the investor is 9%.
