This is the first mortgage-backed tokenized bond in Spain, which arises from the agreement between Token City ENLACE, the platform for financing Proptech projects. The OTESA Group, with 25 years of experience in the real estate management sector, is raising financing to build 18 homes in Calella, in the Maresme region, an area with high real estate demand.
Alius Capital, Token City’s crowdfunding platform, is managing the round.
